Something has happened at VoMNG Khonkor bcast center. Recent Khonkor transmissions are now frequency- e v e n measured. Today Wed March 25 at 10.30-11.00 UT noted requested
Japanese sce program at S=9+20dB level in Japan target SDR remotedly. Usually Khonkor SW outlets in past decade on 12015 and 12085 kHz
were minus some 10 to 40 Hertz distance frequency-wise. I guess some new Beijing China made unit is delivered and erected in MNG, – or
the present old TX has been aligned and refurbished recently,
that shows test transmissions happend during UTC nighttime though. 73 wolfie
