Experimental News #14 is out. On the Shortwave scene Rurisound renewed its license (WO2XDN) for the 12 stations it operates in the medium, high, and VHF bands. These stations are in CA, OR, and WA. The Shortwave Modernization Coalition (SMC) continues to lobby the FCC for permanent status in the 2 - 25 Mhz band. Read the details in #14. Bill Smith, Douglas, MA
